Freezes on opening screen. Seems to be abandoned, as no-one is responding or fixing it.

Useless, like most government apps.. If someone is connected to the Taxi number or reg, you get their info. Otherwise, you can't report a dodgy car or driver if they're not connected to the vehicle. There's a history button to save drivers, but it keeps resetting occasionally and info is lost. Pathetic

App not working. I put in roof sign number and it doesn't search useless. Who ever did the last upgrade should be fired. Start hiring on merrit not DEI hiring. Edited

Since the last update app is not working. Not showing any records. I tried many different fellow drivers Taxi registrations, Roof signs and drivers PSV numbers. But every search shows no results.I'm a Taxi driver myself and i confirm the app since last update is not working. All the Taxi drivers maybe reported for no reason. please kindly Fix the App. Edited

App broken - completely. When you open the app and click 'check', the app crashes, redirects to your email with the body of the email containing the entire error log and a toast message briefly appears saying 'app broken send report to developers'. Cmon lads, abysmal carry on. Please fix this.
