Pretty stellar app. If customer messages isn't getting through after the first initial message, it's likely their browser deleted cookies. I specifically inform customers not to delete cookies. Otherwise they'll have to keep creating new chats which makes it difficult to follow. Also wish for a setting that only paid customers messages come through, to prevent spam messages. Edited

Extremly disappointing to find that I need to set up the whole thing again from scratch after updating the theme. Very disappointing not to get a warning about this prior to updating, and since found so, sales have fallen off a cliff so no doubt it's not the only thing that is broken but we're yet to find out what the problem is. Why do these companies feel the need to constantly update? It's time consuming and often creates more problems than it solves.

This app is so gitchy!! It's impossible to respond to clients messages because the app freezes up anytime the message gets longer than a few sentences. And if you hit return to start a new paragraph in your message, FOR. GET. IT! the app will lock up, making it impossible to edit/send/or finish your message. It's very aggravating!

This helps me so much with my business. It gives my customers a way to contact me directly, so I know immediately when they send a message and can reply quicker than to an email. Works great Shopify, good job on this app. Now if only your price could come back down a little, hard to afford. However, I do see improvements in service for sure, not that it was needed. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

The app will recieve the original text front he customer, but the subsequent responses do not come through, even though I can continue to send messages to the customer from the app. in the app it says ”no internet connection". Even though it's allowing me to successfully send messages to the customer. (I know the customer was receiving my messages because I was acting as both myself and the customer). This app just make us look like we don't know what the customer is saying. It's embarrassing.
