Wasn't able to correct a routing number issue for weeks. Then, all of a sudden, I wasn't able to log and see anything AT ALL for hours. Just a 500 error message that said "something went wrong". Shopify "fixed" the outage but support was useless. Never trusting Balance again. Edited

The login process for this app is so long winded that I don't want to use it. The use of passkeys on multiple different devices is a bad option. It currently takes 9 clicks to get in to view my balance and I have to go through this every single time. Really this whole app shouldn't exist and it should just be rolled into the Shopify main app.

The app works good for seeing my balance and seeing what transactions have taken place. The reason I gave this 3 stars is due to the fact I can't initiate a transfer from my bank to the balance on the app, I have to go through the website itself or through my bank.

It stopped logging me in. My best business was generating. I was generating funds and keeping track of my balance and doing my best stuff. Support team has no answer how to get back into my accounts. It was not a password problem, it was a software probelm.

I am a Shopify user and everything is generated from my balance account. I have 2 fraudulent charges on my account and there is no way to challenge them and no way to contact anyone. I tried going through Shopify and was told there would be a resolution but nothing happened it's been two weeks. I have every shop that I have on platforms funneling onto this account and now it's not only compromised but there is no support. Why platforms make you use their payment sources I will never understand. Edited
