Video quality for me is not good at all. I'm paying for it too. the viewer station feeds both on my other phone and website, are poor. the video is wavy, if that makes sense. It doesn't stay still, it's like the video feed I see outside my front lawn is like waves. I want this company to get in touch with me immediately. I have signed out and back in, I have deleted all cameras and set them back up, deleted the app and re installed and it isn't working. My camera placement is not a factor either

This app is great! I used the app by using my ipad and my phone as the receiver/viewer. I was able to see how my dog was when home alone as we had just moved and it was great as I was alerted when there was movement and there are a few options like mute sound or speak through the camera and you can even view 'events' which is where you can view previous movement. The price of premium is very reasonable too!

An ok app when it works. I'd rate it higher but the app keeps going offline and when I check the phone I'm using there is an ad displayed on it. What's the point of you have to restart it every so often because it displays an ad that kicks the camera offline... EDIT: this after they replied back that this app doesn't have any pop up ads... It turns out that something else was causing that... After removing all of the other apps, the ads DISAPPEARED. Changed rating to 5 stars, works flawlessly Edited
