This app is actually kinda useless. I've tried to create or track claims multiple times and there's always some information that isn't already built in (phone models for instance) that you can't get past. On top of that, the customer service for Assurant is insanely sub-par. They try their hardest not to pay out when you're CLEARLY covered.

It is ok, it needs improvement. Such removing redundant questions and a proper autodetect and fill. Example you are installed on the phone under the account Auto fill, address , phone number, and Call Id/Who. The address field is confusing, label it as street address since you are pulling the city/state from the provided zip. The user doesn't know this and then you end up with the city/state being repeated twice.

I recently used the T-Mobile Assurance application to order a new replacement phone and encountered significant issues. After entering my information, the application restarted repeatedly, forcing me to input my details three or four times before I could finally submit and make the payment. This process was very time-consuming and frustrating. The application seems quite buggy and was a real inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed soon to improve the user experience.

There are a couple of options for phone replacements whether you want to just get a refurbished version of your current phone or you want to do a jump upgrade and when you select them initially they both appear to be $105 with getting a new phone. But the devil in the details doesn't appear until you proceed with your choice to jump to a new phone causing me to have to actually call them and cancel my my claim. Relevant information should be provided up front before you make a choice

I've had nothing but terrible service, since signing up in July 2023. Both customer and coverage. I was very excited to sign up with T-Mobile, until I actually did. I was with Metro, for over 10 years, before making the switch. I never had any trouble with Metro, except a few times a year, we'd drop a call. NOW, I can't even get calls in my home. I've been lied to, by customer service, for over a year. Claiming I was getting a signal extender, that was discontinued, in 2023!!!
