This latest update has a serious bug. When swiping your fare/points display to go from one to the other, every time you swipe, the text gets smaller & smaller. It's annoying as hell and the only work around is to go to system settings, change the font size and restart the app. Just don't swipe, it happens again. UPDATE: Hey look another bug filled update. Now it nags you every time you swipe on the points/fare display to check out the destination filter. once you click next it nags you again. Edited

lowered to 1 star since any time I click the area to log off, an order pops up and matches since it uses the same spot. infuriating. then I have to cancel. it's annoying to accept a matched order, be given directions for pickup, drive there, only to find another driver,or 5 already picked it up, we're uncompensated. the app really needs to fix issues like this. also, having no live customer support is abysmal. the 'ai' is useless. also I agree the overlay is a pain, and dangerous in some cases. I'm checking the sobriety of a customer and during the ID scan a new offer pops up. Of course I decline it because it's interrupting my current task, and now I lost platinum. I need more "no pop ups while I'm at a customers door" options. I like having a new order after the drop off, but during customer interaction is incredibly annoying. Also, more options to disable pop ups in general. While I'm looking at a map, a "let's message the customer" bottom pop-up blocks the map, also annoying 🤬 Edited

Navigation is broken and has been for over 3 years. Messages from customers pop up repeatedly until you tap them. The app glitches out and stops working all together at random times, yet still shows you is active even though it considers you offline. Grocery shops for items that are sold by weight never show the weight that the customer wants. So you have to contact the customer or just guess. The permissions it demands of every user are insane. Essentially, it takes over your phone.

Why can't you implement a 2-click confirmation? Update: workaround by turning off the overlay permissions after going online. yeah, it's a PITA to set it every time, but that's what I need to have control over my device, I guess. Also, when I'm on a batch offer, why can't I communicate with both customers via chat? I have important relevant info or questions about their order, but cannot reach them because my current step is relating to the other customer's order! I need functionality! 1-star! Edited
