Do not use this app. Firstly, if your delivery person cancels the order, you get no details as to why your order was cancelled. No reason. Call the restaurant, they don't know the reason too and say it happens a lot of times. Which means, the delivery is not reliable. Next if you happen to accidently reorder your cancelled order,call the restaurent, and they cannot cancel it thenselves. The app does, but charges you. Like immediately. Stay hungry and we cheat you is the motto.

After i create new account, verify email and cell phone number, then app becomes unusable an starts itself again trying to get me to sign in, cant get past sign in to now delete my account an details from this stupid app, must be data harvesting app! Be careful

The new update is 10x worse than the old one. It is very difficult to select the availability optoon on the menu. The old one was super easy, it wouldn't take even 2mins to fully change the availability status of the menu. While the new one takes atleast 15mins. Please bring back the old version 🙏. It's very time consuming and stressful. Thank you.

Absolutely abhorrent app. Never in my life have I ever experienced such a lackluster, full of bugs underdeveloped app. Everytime you turn off the app, because of an emergency in the store, it turns on back again on it's own. Everytime you need to cancel and order, it gives you an error. Dealing with the numerous faults of the app has been incredibly stressful and made the retail day-to-day life absolutely dreadful.

your tech team is so ineffective that they only hide wrong pricing item instead fixing the problem and your app backend functions are worse than drizly. item replacement was not implemented correctly and caused merchants loss of money. Edited
