App doesn't reflect problems with drivers, that try to add a extra trip, for a 3 minute stop, on the way. Another, took trip from 1 spot to another, every day. this app all of sudden changed my dropoff, to another destination 12 miles away, even after I repeatedly changed it to my address! There's no way to delete the wrong spot, so I have to use my neighbors address, just to get home! Being dropped off miles from home, even after I talked over the phone, about the problem to the help service. Edited

The last 2 times I've placed an order for Eats it wouldn't go through and it also wouldn't let me use the saved payment methods. I had to delete the payment method, uninstall the app, reinstall, and then manually enter my card at checkout. I plan to cancel my Uber One and use other apps because it takes me 10 minutes to place an order. The ride share also has started some shady things like forcing you longer wait times while offering you a "faster" experience if you pay more money for priority

I couldn't find a way to say something without calling customer support. The last few times I've reserved a ride for the evening and then the ride would do something stupid like driving all the way here to just cancel or not move. I've been waiting for a hour and 10 minutes after my reserved time. This is seems to be very common, but if I just order one then and there, I can get one in 15 min with awesome drivers. I reserved rides so I can not stress about rides. and I'm stressed. Taxi > Uber

I had been liking it, but today it really messed up. I am an UberOne member and ordered a store pickup for a prepaid item. something I have done lots of times. Well, somehow, the app had it picking up and delivering at the same address! The app had it wrong, so I changed the delivery address to my own. I know this was correct, although somehow something went wrong in the app and it switched it back. It should not allow pickup and delivery at the same address! Caused a real mess and cost me $.

Does not make it easy to turn off your location. App assumes you want to ride from where you're at. Tried to put in the starting address many times but it kept getting wiped and replaced with whatever location I was at. A month later and it's still happens. Will not let me put in a different starting address even when I schedule for a later pickup. User interface and obviously needs work. I wish my boss didn't force me to use this app. Edited
