By the time you pay the increased prices & all the fees (not including any tip) you are paying at least twice as much than in store prices. I have tried to take advantage of a few promotion discounts but then they revoke them just as soon as it shows in my account. It still shows in my account but they will not work. Customer service says they have been revoked. Yet, the app continues to send me reminders to use them... Useless app, and worse customer service. So many better options out there.

Every time I try to make a purchase, it always gives me an error and says it couldn't process my request. this happens every single time on my Samsung s24, but when I use my iPhone 12 pro max, it works, and that is just ridiculous. other apps like Instacart work fine on my Samsung. I tried to get help through customer service, and all it does is send me to FAQ. I never once received help from customer service because it is non-existent. This has been happening for months.

Horrible customer service and their edit tip button does not "edit" the original tip amount, but "ADDS" instead. This is misleading and causing customers to be overcharged. There is an obvious issue with the platform on IT side. I have attempted to address the issue with no avail. I have proof of the error in messages, screenshots, and conversations, but I am consistently being told a supervisor will call me back, and that has yet to happen. Not a good platform!

This app is a dumpster fire. The button to track orders—literally one of the most important features—doesn't work. How am I supposed to know where my food is or check past orders? On top of that, the app is painfully slow, and the search, sort, and filter functions are completely useless. It’s like they didn’t even bother testing it before launching. If frustration was their goal, they nailed it. Fix your app! Edited

They will offer a coupon for a certain amount off but not let you know who accepts it. So then you will have to go through and set up orders with random restaurants to see if it applies but it never does. They also add more 'taxes and other fees' for each, individual item you order. So it was almost 10 dollars extra for 2 items. Imagine going through the McDonald's drive thru and they charge 10 extra bucks because you get two Big Macs. Edited
