I’ve had multiple orders arrive incorrect — missing items, wrong deliveries, and no resolution. I always report the issues through the app, but no one ever replies. The support chat just says “please wait while we respond” and then nothing happens. I’ve been completely ignored. Despite being a loyal customer, I haven’t received a single refund for these mistakes. There’s no way to talk to a real person, and the app just loops you through dead ends. It’s unacceptable.

Tried using app after 1 year, I updated my address, app showed nearby restaurants to me, not old address. Order placed, and showed 3+ miles away in my new city, showed my new address, I placed order. Lo and behold, they attempted delivery to my old address, over 1hr away. this is UberEats error, yet they wouldn't credit my card back. While discussing issue, agent disconnected twice. I will NEVER order from them again, NEVER!

This service has gone way down hill. It used to be pretty smooth and efficient. Now it's anything but. They regularly add 20 minutes or more to the delivery of "priority" orders. You're supposed to be the first delivery, but you can monitor the driver making other stops USING THIER APP. They don't even try to hide it. They regularly use a store from the same chain two towns away when there's one a few miles from you. Again, on "priority" orders. Their customer service is a JOKE.

This app really works poorly. I have tried to order three different places and it takes orders, but does not process. It also uses the promo when it shows no purchase. I try again and says promo has been used, yet I have no orders. It just doesn't work! At least not on this phone. Have not checked my bank account to see if I've been charged. update.. it seems that the live operator to handle problems, has been removed again. Having no live operator, causes more problems! In the past year, they've made the support options worse by limiting the specific feedback you can leave and burying the options you need behind numerous unnecessary selections. This is clearly a move to discourage people from reporting missing or defective items. And the support is hit or miss. Sometimes they respond quickly and issue a refund. Sometimes they blame the restaurant and do nothing at all. And we're talking about completely wrong orders (different name completely).
