If the store and driver are competent, there is usually not a problem. But if one is off, your order can be late, have missing items or be totally lost. Customer service is difficult to get a hold of. You have to use website not app. Plus agents are rude and try to rush you along. For example, Danica could give me a refund for 2 of my missing/wrong items but the 3rd missing item was beyond her scope to handle. She credited the separate order of fries but not the kids meal missing fries

Like the ride-sharing, not the food delivery. Constantly miss window resulting in cold food. Even paid for express option for first delivery in group delivery and still was late and not by a small margin. More misses than successes. Update: Had amnesia and tried again. Missed delivery window again. They have no handle on their UE business. Updated 2: tried again. New problem. Says it's personal profile then charges card on work profile resulting in having to go through a exception process. Edited

Everytime I think my experience is a fluke, the next experience is worse. I've had countless items missing (or possibly stolen) from orders including a whole pizza on a 3 item order once. My latest order arrived 2 hours after placed and that was after the previous attempt at ordering had to be canceled because the restaurant closed and never made the order. Support has completely been replaced by automated responses and is useless in helping out anything other than canceling an order.

I don't recommend any of these delivery apps. I recently switched from Door Dash to Uber Eats. I made an order, and when the driver arrived, they mentioned that the items I ordered were missing and that the order needed to be canceled. Canceling the order on my phone ended up charging me $28. I contacted support, and they basically said theres nothing they can do because I canceled the order. Edited

I’ve had multiple orders arrive incorrect — missing items, wrong deliveries, and no resolution. I always report the issues through the app, but no one ever replies. The support chat just says “please wait while we respond” and then nothing happens. I’ve been completely ignored. Despite being a loyal customer, I haven’t received a single refund for these mistakes. There’s no way to talk to a real person, and the app just loops you through dead ends. It’s unacceptable.
