Edited: Already raised complaint through application no response showed from the team on complaint and is still in progress for the past three days. I haven't received any delivery tracking Id nor the card but in the app it shows the card activation. Raised a request but from the past three days it's in progress no response from the support team. Opening a digital account took just 4 minutes — super smooth and hassle-free. The app works well. Key point: the app is quite slow and lags a lot, and the payment receipt looks very outdated. The app should be fast, smooth, and work seamlessly. Overall user experience needs improvement, especially in speed and modern design to match current banking apps. The account creation was fine. The app has a lot of bugs. While logging in, when we write the password the sign in button disappears. Secondly within the app in some screens the navigation bars of the device don't work, we have to use app navigation buttons. There are basic naming convention errors in the application as well, which actually gives ocd to a software developer. Also the option to talk to a client is very hidden inside the chat options of the virtual assistant. Edited

i have not received the card as they said that i will receive the card in 7 working days and didn't receive the tracking id of the card on my sim card. Overall bad experience. Raised the complaints 3 times and they closed the complaint itself and also called on customer care they said to raise a complaint and did it many times still no answer. sent a mail to mashreq and no answer. Firstly it was very difficult to make an account on it. my friends also tried to open accounts on mashreq but failed

Worst digital bank I ordered my debit card, and the app claimed it would be delivered within 7 days. However, after 10 days, I still haven’t received a tracking ID. I contacted customer support, but they responded after 5 days and still did not resolve my issue. Reaching out to customer support is completely useless.
