ever since they updated it, there has been nothing but problems. It keeps kicking ne out. I can't log in. Every week I have to reset my log in. plus, they took away useful features, like notes. I wish I didn't have to use it, but if I want to get paid, I have no choice

I am continually having issues with this app when trying to log in. my passcode doesn't work and I have to log into my email which then sends me another code I enter it and it sends me in circles. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall before it will work again. so frustrating.

It keeps logging me out and not letting me log back in easily. At the end of the day I just want to log my hours without having to spend another 20 minutes waiting for two factor codes and verifications. Just let me put the pin in and be done. Stop logging me out "for your own security we have logged you out" - and then the pin code keeps failing. And then I have to go through about 3 steps to get in. And now it keeps taking me to the browser login instead of logging me into the app.

Good for putting in my hours but terrible when I can't even log into my app without it saying something is wrong and you need to send a code to my back up email all the time. That is so frustrating I don't use my back up and I rarely have access to it send it to my main email if you have to.

The app frequently logs me out when there's a loading error, requiring me to open a browser and log in again. With a recent update, they required a backup email address to be added. I don't have a second email, so I had to set it as my employer's (with his permission). With how frequently it logs me out, now demanding a code from my employer to access my timesheets, I am fairly dissatisfied. I would appreciate if the two-factor could instead be a choice between a second email and a mobile number
