2020- Why, for such a large app, can you not select multiple items from your phone at once to upload? I have to upload to my computer then transfer to Hubdoc on the web. And why can't I add or edit the details on the app, or make a note as to what an item was for my bookkeeper to see? I should be able to do all this from the app, not just snapping photos and uploading one image/document existing already at a time.... 2025- why is this still an issue? It's not extracting anything, and cant edit. Edited

While this works decent as a file repository on the desktop version this Android app is virtually worthless. I tried uploading a picture...failed. It doesn't let you upload any files from the file system. You cannot download or email any file from it on the android app. Thus it serves absolutely no purpose. If I need to email a copy of an invoice, receipt or document that's been uploaded it can't do it. While its associated with Xero, which is great, this app is terrible.

App works to take a picture of a receipt or invoice, etc, but is way too basic and in need of additional features. How about the ability to add information about the receipt or invoice? Also it would be nice to be able to upload not just pictures from the camera, but also from the gallery and the ability to upload saved documents from your phone, not just photos

I've tried multiple times over the last three weeks and I can't even log into this app. I've changed my password and can log in on the browser just fine every time but the app has not once worked for me. Just repeatedly tells me my login info is wrong and I've checked and triple checked each time I've tried. Worthless app. Don't bother.

Great program but, It's my opinion that blocking access to legitimate users for 1 hour due to too many attempts at the password seems to be working against the productivity gains this app is trying to provide. This can't be the only answer to the forgotten password routine. I get that it is for security purposes, but even when the password gets reset, the 1 hour block still remains.
