I use Vinted to buy and sell. Listing items is straightforward process and very user friendly I think. Browsing to buy has always been absolutely fine until recently when a few times the 'similar items' button had disappeared. I really like to browse similar items when I click on something but now the feature has disappeared again! And on that note, the 'similar' items have become very random now whereas it used to be a lot more reliable. Please fix!

It would be REALLY good if there was an option to select multiple/all messages to delete instead of doing one a time, its so tedious. also would really nice to have the option of viewing in dark mode, when im doomed scrolling listings late at night, i prefer not to light the room up & burn my retinas (yes i have already adjusted my brightness settings) and the "investigation" process for a lost parcel takes WAAAAAY TOO LONG, i mean seriously, 6 weeks for a £3.73 refund. 1. It does not have Dark Mode. This is bad for my eyes. 2. Reporting sellers function due to misleading item conditions doesn't work, always getting back an automated response saying the sellers didn't break community standards, however they are posting satisfactory or worse photos with "very good" condition. 3. Unable to make offers to all favorites at once, need to go through notifications one by one and make offers. 4. The app is often throwing errors between notifications and messaging tabs.

I like vinted for what you can find on there but the app is extremely poor. the new 'recommended' homepage is completely unusable, I clicked on one single pair of hoka trainers once for less than 30 seconds and now my entire homepage is hoka trainers even if I scroll through hundreds of items and close the app and reopen again. the 'favourites' is now only accessible via a menu when it used to be directly accessible. I really don't recommend it unless you know exactly what you want to purchase. Edited

Vinted = minted Buyers & Sellers = SKINTED Stick with Ebay for a fairer, tried & TRUSTED marketplace platform. Vinted's 'buyer protection fee' is a total joke. If an item gets lost in the post they don't tell you that you'll have to wait a total of 60 days from that latest possible date of delivery to possibly getting a refund for your purchase or compensation for the lost item you've sold! These T's & C's are impossible to find. Messages between platform users are selectively deleted. AVOID! Edited
