Might as well remove the outage feature. If they even bother to update it it's usually wrong anyways. They raise the prices every year and the service gets worse.

12/ 24. Well thanks for all the reviews. Was going to add this app. But I think I'll stick to the web. It has always worked. Only my Samsung won't save anything like users names or passwords for what ever reason.i don't save pass words anyways Js. This is why there's only one star. Update.. 2/25. Got new phone, Samsung sucks. Still with the web version. I have no problem signing into it. Edited

It would be nice to have current readings since we now have smart meters. I'd like to see the daily usage and a daily figure of what my usage is costing me. This can easily be done and other utility providers are providing that service. The power company can see my meter from their home office but I can't see my meter from the app. Thats not smart.

It consistently says "Oops! Something went wrong on our end, please try again." I have redownloaded, checked for app updates. I went to pay for part of my bill, and it took the whole price even after typing in the payment amount I wanted to pay and select pay.

It used to work really well. Not any more! Any time I try to sign in, it says, "Oops! Something went wrong on our end" No batter how many times I retry or wait and try to open and sign in, it just doesn't work.
