Can't use it most of the time. It either doesn't always recognize my login information or the app is down. And after multiple updates or service down on the app, using the app seems even harder (I wrote this in 2021 and in 2023, after multiple updates, the app is still bad). And as of December 2023, the app gets worst. update: March 2025 - app is still bad for the same reasons. Edited

This app is extremely unreliable, which is obviously not a good thing when managing money on the go. For the last two months now, the app will fail to recognize your password, even if you type it perfectly. So you have to reset it at unpredictable times, which is a time consuming annoyance. Also, Zelle integration is terrible. Sometimes, the Zelle interface simply won't load. When it does, it fails to complete transactions each time, with no reason given. Comerica needs to do better. I've banked with Comerica for many years and have no issues with the banking experience. I must say when it comes to electronic interfaces though they lag behind EVERY other institution that I've dealt with. This app used to work and was tolerable, but bare bones. Now it doesn't work at all. It just closes instantly. Also, Comerica doesn't allow their cards to be loaded to Samsung Pay. They seem to be more Apple friendly as at least there you can use biometrics to log in... Not on Android

Used to be an okay app for general banking, mainly used for mobile check deposit since I don't live near any branches of the bank. For the past couple months, however, the app freezes when attempting to start a mobile deposit, resulting in force closing the app. Every time this is done you have to relogin, and after doing it a few times it locks the account (even web banking). This forces you to call customer service to get it unlocked. Very aggravating!

The app has been the same for a number of years with the same features. I don't really have issues with the bank but their app has to be updated. They don't have biometric logins and a lot of times it takes a while before you are signed it. The selections on there aren't much and there's no option to change your debit pin. They need to change their app Edited
