Terrible experience with this app the moment they introduced digi token. After I registered for digi token, immediately couldn't login ibanking anymore. It kept giving me an error msg saying system is down. So frustrating. Besides, I carry more than 1 phone. With physical token, I can ibank using any of my phones. However, the new digi token doesn't support that. I believe I'm not the only customer who carries more than 1 hp. Unable to printscreen anymore also not user-friendly.

this is not usable on my device. it hangs on the boot screen, and does not work despite multiple reinstallations.

The personalisation of finger print login and peek account stopped working after I upgrade to Android 10 on my pixel 3 xl. The personalisation changes couldn't be saved. And the digital token stopped working too. There must be some incompatibilities with Android 10 OS. And the app hasn't been updated for a month. Please fix this issue and release a new build. A premium app for treasures customer should not have this crappy quality.

Overall the app is good when working. But the previous version is so much more robust and friendly. Many unimportant features and frills have been added to beautify and make the app more "cute". This is really not necessary especially in a functional app as it will just take up more memory or bandwidh. Just keep it simple and working.

for Asia's biggest bank it has the worst app. i just spent 25mins setting notifications for card and it refuses to allow me to do all items as it either hangs or reviews edit submit buttons greyed out. then when u think maybe back end its processing, yes slow as usual, it says discard or continue, what? tired of using this app, UX is really bad. connect with me if you really want to know my challenges. does your CEO really use this app, i am sure the previous one did not.
