If you're in a computer, you can sign things through your browser without downloading app. However, in Android, when you try to do the same, it compels you to "upgrade" as soon as the page opens, which means install the app. I seriously don't need any more apps on my phone taking up resources or whatever for occasional use, so you get 1 star for being "bricks."

This is a terrible app/platform as a whole. Google live mode does not work. Documents sometimes takes hours of refreshing to load. Once docs finally load, it does not save responses. I spent two hours reviewing/signing a 200+ field document only to have my battery die before I could finish. Upon loading everything back up, I had to start over.

Terrible. Required me to create an account. Wouldn't show me the entire document rather showed just the pages requiring signature. Gave no feedback on hitting checkmark so I hit it numerous times. Didn't have any idea I had "signed" over and over. After signing no option to print or make a copy. "Review" button on signature confirmation email gives indication "document created under a different account" and doesn't show the document. I could go on and on....just a terrible experience. Edited

i love dotloop. great phone app and the website is great too. the only thing that i don't like so far is that clients have to have 2 different emails. many of my older clients are lucky to have 1 between them. also, when i use the sign in person feature on my laptop, it always kicks me out of dotloop and i have to sign back in for each signature. sign back in, open the loop, assign it to signer, repeat to ask signatures are there. but other than that, great app. easy to use & time saver.

Love DotLoop. I love that I can draw up a contract and have access to all the docs in a loop at the push of a button. I will give 5 stars if the app can start pulling MLS data onto the contract templates and if uploaded docs can somehow get lines automatically opened. It's very time consuming to have to go line by line to open an uploaded doc for signatures, initials etc. Overall, great app!
