Often times I send a message, only to later realize - suprise - the message actually didn't send, and now not only does it make me appear slow to respond, I also have to retype the message. In one or two instances before I realized this was happening, I didn't notice until days later, and lost the client. Not being able to save text drafts is ridiculous, not being able to attach files and gifs in texts is ridiculous, and not being able to ATTACH FILES TO AN EMAIL IS BASIC FUNCTIONALITY.

Meh. Recent updates since fubcon23 include logging me out sometimes multiple times a day. Then it has this fun trick that it stops using my fub app as a caller Id. - for android the functionality is very limited, for instance, I can not create a multiple contact text thread like for a husband and wife couple who are looking to purchase. This ultimately makes more work for me, or I have the option of just logging in via a web browser from my phone - but that begs the question, what is the app for Edited

Really, REALLY bad. The android version of this app is an absolute mess. Tons and tons of useless alerts about unclaimed leads. You can't sort clients/contacts - they're listed chronologically or by a "stage" label- AND THAT'S IT. The calendar only displays as a list, not as an actual calendar - zero customizability. The "settings" page has two settings. Email templates cannot be modified. You might think this app was still in Beta - it's not😵 Edited

I have used this tool for almost a year. I have no problem. Get my contacts just fine. Send text messages, leave notes and emails. The only concern is the leads. When you click to get lead it's gone that fast. Not sure if it goes to the top agents first🤷🏾♀️ I have an android.

Half baked and full of dead ends. No copy / paste, no dialer, no ability to sync phone contacts. Developers don't care and clearly don't use it. Not a good app to be PRO active on but good enough to be reactive to your incoming calls and leads. I guess that's what follow-up boss is good for, following up. Definitely sucks for reaching out. Shame as the desktop client is solid. If my company didn't make me use this with their phone number I would ditch it in half a heartbeat. Edited
