Works well, but only two complaints is it's annoying that there's listings that aren't categorized correctly (see Houses as "Apartments", Apartments as "Houses", etc.) and that everytime I back out of a listing, it zooms completely all the way out of the map I was on. And I have to zoom back to find the street I was just looking at.

love that it breaks down the price you'd have to pay down to the deposit and exactly what day the apt is available. the only thing I hate is it's finicky and sensitive with the 3d tour option. the camera walks when I'm just trying to move the camera to look around and the search option needs to be more accurate. for example I typed washer and dryer connections and most of the apts it listed didn't offer them. Although I haven't had much success in finding some place affordable for me to rent it isn't because of the app. This app is intuitive and even has a dark mode that saves my eyes. Saves multiple searches with filters of your choice. The only drawback is that some of the property managers don't utilize the features it seems. Most don't take the time to use the app to it's potential. And that problem is the same in most apartment rental apps. If you're a property manager, take the time, dangit!

App keeps defaulting to rentals that do not allow pets. I have my filters set to show only rentals that do allow pets. This has led to multiple disappointing moments where we think we've found a possible rental, but it's not the case. Another issue is that some rentals will stop appearing on the app. You can still find them on the website, but not in the app. Uninstalling.

While zillow gives you access to hundreds of properties the app is really inefficient in helping to find properties that fit your specific needs, so it's often overwhelming to use the app. There are no block or remove options for properties you are NOT interested in, which would be VERY HELPFUL. Also there is no way to access messages in the app, so ultimately you have to use the website. At best, the app is moderately functional, but for best results, go to the website.
