It's okay. The app can be a little clunky and hard to navigate. I'm a little miffed that there's a renter profile, but not a buyer profile - all of my saved searches and saved homes are for homes or lots with more than 10 acres, so clearly I'm looking for acreage. And yet the vast majority of the "recommended homes" are houses on less than an acre of land, right in the center of town. Even after hiding DOZENS of these recommendations, I still get notifications for other similar properties. Ugh!

Very helpful for home searching, for rentals and buying. It has helped us find homes at numerous locations across the country. It provides details very well. I wish the property managers and/or landlords were required to provide a contact email and phone number, because when you utilize the "send a message" feature, you seldom get a response back, or end up getting endless automated junk emails from property management groups. That's my main issue. I went using the map feature, to find homes.

App is too Quirky.. and the pre-qualification is very misleading. They make you think that you're going to go through all the steps & you're going to find out if & what you qualify for. But in the end all they want to do is hook you up to a Lender! I wasn't looking for that. I just wanted to see if I could qualify. Also I have to go back & re-enter all the infor in settings for what I'm looking for over & over again! It's ridiculous! Once that is set, that should be it. Very frustrating! Edited

I'm so excited and happy! I've been using this app to look at properties and land, compare housing costs on local and continental apartments, and understand the deeper financial dynamics of my neighborhood for years. Like 5 or more now. However, recently, I wrote feedback to the app, and whoever was on the other end saw what I said and made it a thing! Gone are the days of minimum searches being 50k. I'm broke! 50k is like multiple annual incomes. Goodbye stupid auction listings. Edited

Zillow makes it easy to look at homes and gives a lot of helpful information. however, to go through your saved homes is not user-friendly at all. There should be an option to automatically unsave homes that are no longer for sale. As it is currently, you have to either scroll through a list and unsave them manually - which every time you unsave one, it jumps you back to the top of the list. Or you can do it on a map view, but every time you unsave a property, it jumps back out to the ocean. Edited
