Excellent earphones!!!! I have had mine for oh my two or three years and they are still working the same as the day that I bought them!!!! I would recommend is these JBLll, the carrying cases small and easy enough to carry with you!!!! Plus the lasting of the charging port the case keep some charge for a very long time!!!!

Cannot get the app to work. Clicked get started, took me to a page with end user license agreement and Harman privacy statement but wouldn't go any further.

Description does not say what products it is compatible with. Waisted time downloading this app to find out it is not compatible. JBL needs to consolidate their apps.
