love the earbuds but can't do absolutely anything with the app. it paired with my earbuds but the icon for them remains constantly grayed out and is unable to be clicked on. I've tried with 1 earbud in, both earbuds in, no earbuds in, the case closed, the case opened. absolutely nothing i do will let me interact with the app so i don't really understand the purpose of the app? great sounding earbuds though!

Great app, but my earphones kind of glitch out if they're playing music while I'm connecting to them through the app. Also, it would be nice if you could customize individual touch controls, like for example, tap to play/pause, double tap to turn up volume, and triple tap to turn it down. And it would also be great if it had Gemini support, instead of only Google Assistant. Other than that though, the app itself is great.

App sucks. My earbuds are Live Pro 2. They're wonderful but since the app only connects to them on a rare occasion, I cannot change the settings. It connects only when you get lucky. And since it won't connect & the software updates (the earbuds, not the app) take 15 minutes when it DOES connect, I can't get the software updates! I will never buy another JBL product again.

My boyfriend surprised me with the Vibe Beam set. I was reluctant since sound quality and comfort are #1 to me. I have to say my expectations were met with these buds. I'm even more impressed with the equalizer app and "find bud"option. The bass, mid and treble are beyond what I expected. The NC works very well. I literally hear no outside interference at all. I like that I can adjust the NC setting. The only issue is the buds do pop out, which is annoying. Maybe changing the tip size will help

First time ever having a set of ear buds that can be modified with an app! Really convenient. Recently my left earbud has been giving me problems with a charge. I used a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean it, followed by a lead pencil because it supposedly helps with the connection. But one of that worked and I'm frustrated because the warranty is short, but the app has guided me with support. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this? Any recommendations?
