This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous! The app crashes constantly, you load money on the card but some purchases get declined and very few actually go through, customer service is a joke and not a good one!! The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating and wayyyyy too time consuming!! It is horrible and I will NEVER waste my time or money on this BS again 😒

I'm canceling this within an HOUR of receiving it. -Website says you can transfer funds from external bank to load it (Nope!) -Can only buy card with CASH (not another debit card) -Can only LOAD card with CASH at register (not another debit card) Want to close the account but need to have a zero balance to close, but I can't withdraw from fee-free ATM unless it's in $20 increments. There's only $15 in the account! Can't just add $5 to make it even $20 because loading is $25 MINIMUM!

Thanks for the feedback! In addition to cash, you can load money via ACH initiated from your bank account. You can also receive money through Direct Deposit, mobile check deposit, or by receiving money from another Scarlet Account. To withdrawal, you can make purchases in store & online, pay bills, or withdrawal via ACH (initiated at your bank).

This card sucks so bad! Almost no Apps accept the card (Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, Revolut etc.). It's also expensive with a $5 monthly fee. The only advantage is the $1.95 upload fee at Walgreens, which is low, but now that VARO card has ZERO UPLOAD FEE at CVS stores, these bloodsuckers can be abandoned. I would not recommend this Card on any level.

The Card is great for those who are seeking a card with not too many fees. The Minimum is $20.00 for reloading. Great thing you can add money without being charged at Walgreens locations, as long as you have the App. Thanks be to the Most High for this card!!!

THEY ARE THEIVES. DONT EVER PUT MONEY ON THIS CARD!!Before today I would have given 4 stars but I think it is ridiculous that when money has been refunded from a merchant it takes them 7-10 days to put the money back on my card. It didn't take 7-10 days for them to take the money off my card. So why do I have to wait? It's ridiculous. Just release the funds. Edited
