Edited - it looks to be fixed now! Thank you!! The app (and the website) have not been working since implementing the Captcha feature. I can't log into either places, even with my fingerprint ID. I select the correct captcha images and it says "this is awkward, we're experiencing technical difficulties" and to try again later, well that's been over a week now! Please fix!!!!!!!!!! Edited

*updated* use to be good now app doesn't even open. major downgrade!!! Finances in real time... Easy to use. I have been using this card and app about 2yrs now and it gets the job done . Everything is practically free with the exception of ATM and money withdrawals. Direct deposit was a breeze and money available 2 days early. I pay most of my bills with the "pay a bill" feature which seems to pay the bills

This card is amazing the day I put on in it in just minutes to pay the current bill. Also, there's not a surge charge to add the money. I put my money on ten minutes before I have to pay a certain bill, and it's there as soon as you need it. Minus a surge charge. which I'm great with. I usually use CVS fast and quickly!!! Very recommended!

HORRIBLE! I wish I had $1 for every time I seen the "oops, we are temporarily unavailable" notice on the website and app because I would have enough money to start my own banking service. The constant not being able to access anything because it's always down; can't check my balance, transactions or anything. The monthly fee should be waived for this headache and for transactions getting declined even though there's plenty of money in there to cover what I'm trying to purchase. Just HORRIBLE!

So I have had my account blocked by there customer service. In which the company responded with contacting support. I have now been three hours of doing circles between the support divisions. And still haven't spoken with a single person that can help. I have actually been, and am currently still on hold. I would not let my enemies use this service. Edited
