The app is phenomenal. I can transfer money to my bank account to pay my bills although I would like to be able to actually see the pending transfer - it doesn't show up on my bank app either so I think that's just how it works lol but I can freeze my card through the app in case I ever lose it, which is really cool. And the app is super user friendly. The customer service is top tier. I recommend this card to anyone that asks about it. Edited

love it. Very disappointed that they have decided to phase out the program. Without a doubt, this is the best Banking experience of my life. I'm 52and this card has been my primary bank since 2013, I believe. I've literally paid $0 in fees! Wait, I remember paying 5$ for the card, lol in 2013! Well, thanks for 1.5 decades of free money movemnt!

Had my card for many, many years (probably 12 or 13 years now.). Generally without a hitch. A couple small issues that customer service fixed right away. Good on them! UPDATE: As of late however, I have not been able to use the "money in" function. It has actually been for several weeks now, not sure why that's a situation. I do continue to stand by my original review. Still love it! Edited

The app is fine, the company, not so much. They can and will lock your card out of specific merchants if you have frequent transactions with them (i.e. Google) calling it "high velocity" transactions. They claim it's to prevent fraud, but even after verification of security, they will refuse to unlock for that merchant for 30 days, blaming the system. No amount of verification will change that refusal. The lock comes without any warning or explanation. Worst customer service experience ever. Edited

It says version of the app is outdated, and I have to install the update to continue. In the App Store it shows that it's been updated, (which I took no part in downloading!), but when I go to open the update, it won't let me, and cycles back to the app outdated pop up, all over again. The real kicker is that the app update is for App stability and performance Improvement! Edited
