Well my husband and I can't get into our account!!! It keeps saying that the username and password are wrong!! And it's almost frustrating enough to never use Deepblue debit ever again!!! It's ridiculous really!!! Like most people....we really don't have time to try to get our info when we need it, especially if we keep going through the same challenges EVERY SINGLE TIME

Sadly to saynot very impressed. Trying to move some money since 2 days. Holding my money hostage. Can't move it to Savings, or Bank Transfer. Tried several things and always end up at the account page. 🙃 What is going to happen if you have to pay bills. Not good. This needs to be fixed asap. It is not your money. Expected better. Maybe have to take it and put it where I have access too when I need it. Never mess with peoples money. I am a Manager with Liberty Tax. Had no problems getting in. Edited

SOLUTION!!!! Nothing happens after login page. If you signed up for the Alerts, you'll get a message you have received your money. I called my agent and he told me I can send the money on Deep Blue to my NetSpend card from last year, my bank account, remove card money at my bank and deposit to account, or my CashApp. Don't see the reason for the new card when NetSpend card has relatively or few issues. 'm never using this card service anything anymore I'm going to leave your such a bad review I hope nobody ever using this service this is so messed up they're telling me I have to wait four days to get my card activated to be able to use my funds I took a loan because I needed the funds immediately the place told me that all I had to do was wait an hour and the funds will be deposited on the car on the brochure it doesn't say I have to wait 4 business days or anything I'm very very disappointe

Terrible, they charge a monthly fee for having a debit card, you can only transfer 300 dolars at a time, you can not use out of the country just simply don't get. First transfer was 300, now it is allowing me to transfer 198.05. Again avoid deepblue Edited
