absolute bottom feeder company. morally corrupt. sold in the "gift card" section of gas stations. put 100 on, thinking it was a gift card, and it's not, and my card was immediately frozen for almost a full day. it's a debit card that charges you 1.50 Everytime you use it. once I realized it I took the rest out of the ATM then tried to close the account. and you have to call in to do that. I've now made 2 phone calls for 30 mins total and the account still isn't closed. been lied to non stop.

I love this card. The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I appreciate the security measures that safe guard my account. My money is available immediately when loaded at a store. I have used my card with multiple merchants and my payments went through perfectly. My card does what it's supposed to, without any issue, all the time..... Edited

DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!! I went to make a deposit at fanatics using this, which that's the reason for this card. But anyway they locked acct saying suspicious activity. I tried adding drivers license to link that was sent but failed. Submitted documents by email, did drivers license again and they keep saying failed. No possible way, that's all my current information. Nothing works with them, they hang up on me countless times and now I'm blocked

Horrible!! I highly recommend that nobody use play card. I purchased a prepaid Play card at midnight and it is 4:00 p.m. and I'm still unable to use the card. They have horrible customer service. I've uploaded every document they've asked for and yet I am still unable to spend the money I placed on a prepaid card

I would love to use the card but your fees are way to high for my budget so I do not use it no atm free no nothing is free to use that card so what's the point ill stick to my usual payment method no atm fees or balance inquires and very low international transfer fees .but not play card outrageously high compaired no transaction is without a fee with play card so no thanks I'll pass .
