Decent, but watch your statements for service fees! I found in the first few months, no fees. Then, a fee for November posted on the 4th, then a in February which I was told was for December, and yet another fee for replacing my lost card. They had no problem returning the replacement fee and the fee for December, posted in February, which made no sense, but they hesitated on that random fee posted in November, but it was refunded. FYI, and beware: offshore call centers here

this is probably one of the more god-awful apps, and accounts I've ever tried to, or attempted to open. first I go to activate the card, so I downloaded this app, I put my username and password in, and then I verify all my information, I get to the last screen, then it tells me to call customer service. So long story short,I spent 15 almost 20 minutes dealing with them on the phone, nothing got resolvedl and now when I try to go back on the app, it says the URL. shredding my card as we speak. F-

Not the cheapest ... but probably the fastest, easiest online deposit account, with a free, immediate, in-person, account deposit every month with my Amscot loan and government deposit. The fee's add up, if you're not careful, but still better than the rest, and a good mobile app. Adam

By far the Best online checking account I prefer Brinks over Chime and CashApp due to the many features, not to mention the customer service is far superior in every conceivable way possible. That is the main reasons for my five star review and I'm going to purposefully one star all Brinks top competition because I have been screwed around by a few online banking services and there so called customer service representatives more like hey I get paid to hear your problem then sorry I can't help

This is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in my life. No one who works or is employed by this company has 1 bit of common sense. And don't try to send a message through your secure inbox.. and ask a question, Because first, you don't get an answer, you get a copy-and-paste answer word for word what you would read online. The WORST! WASTE OF MY TIME!
