I used this app for years and it was flawless. I parked everywhere in Milwaukee. In the past few months the app seems to be in a continuous login loop. I cannot get to the PAY part which would be the core function of the app. It repeatedly tells me to login again. I have tried to remedy this using the web browser and different email accounts. I do not know who could actually help me with the app. I'm thinking about going downtown to City Hall to ask for help.

I like the convenience of having an app to pay for parking in Milwaukee- especially as a touchless solution during COVID-19. However, as many others have mentioned, the app has technical limitations, and by the time my transaction completes, I have been ticketed. I initiated the forgot password flow while in my vehicle (email with reset link timestamped 1 minute after leaving vehicle), and received confirmation of my payment transaction 4 minutes after leaving my vehicle, and still returned to find a ticket.

Sometimes works. Frequently doesn't. Freezes up when I try to set the time. Also, when will this app add the Start/Stop feature? Today I had to pay for 8 hours of parking (wanted to select 5, but app forced me to choose maximum time) but my test got cancelled so I ended up needing < hour. Would have been nice to get a refund. The Park Mobile website shows this Start/Stop feature is available in other markets - they showed a demo using Philadelphia. Guess Milwaukee wants to grab every last nickel.

I have never once been able to successfully use this app. When I first installed it back in January it crashed every single time I opened it so I uninstalled. Last month I decided to give it another try. It doesn't crash but takes FOREVER to open. Once I finally got it to open I was unable to use it to pay for my parking because the Zone number wasn't indicated on the parking meter or pay kiosk where I was trying to park. In spite of multiple signs and stickers directing customers to use the App. Maybe other parts of downtown are better serviced but this App is useless trying to park near Grand Avenue Mall. Worst app ever. Edited

AWFUL. This app used to work. Somewhere along the line they changed password requirements and didn't notify us. Standing outside in awful weather trying to get it to work. Password I've had for a few years didn't work. Tried re-set password and app said they'd send me a text to allow me to change password. Never received it. Eventually used quarters. Yah. Quarters. Low tech. 30 seconds vs. dealing with this app for 5-6 minutes to no resolution.
