Trash app for a trash city. You literally can't park without the app. You can't sign into the app with a password you set, you can only request emails or text messages to sign in. These never arrive in a reasonable time. If they do, then you get fail messages and error messages anyway. City officials should get their act together and fix this.

Why do spaces in downtown Des Moines, IA show up as in Bend,OR in this app? Makes it difficult to catch if you enter a number incorrectly, but I'm starting to think that's the point. More tickets. Each spot has its own limit and no refunds. You basically have to double pay a few minutes each time to extend your time beyond. This whole system makes it easy for the city to double dip parking fees. No more left over time for the next guy. Edited

This app sucks. You have to have a vehicle registered with your account and can't delete it without adding another one. Also, you can't use the app without specifying the vehicle in the spot like wth id up with that? So if you don't have plates yet, no using this. I hate that the city switched to this. It's obnoxious in the form that it's in.

It literally went in circles when I was trying to pay for my spot. It kept sending me links to my email. Once I clicked the link, I had to reselect my spot, and it said it needed to send a link to my email..... Infuriating, to say the least. Just pay online on their website. this app is trash.

doesn't work. and some physical kiosk are broken too so you just have to hope you find a working one. terribly implemented. way less convenient then previous system.
