Took my payment and then said the lot is closed with no history of the transaction. I paid via the physical kiosk instead. 20 minutes later I received a receipt email from parkmobile for the transaction as if it had succeeded. The app still says I have no current parking session, my history has no session at the lot, yet it took my money anyway. Avoid this app if you have another option to park, the payment processing clearly has some major issues. UPDATE: My support request is still unanswered. Edited

The application is easy to use But I will say that they seemingly steal time from the user. For instance as I set up for a 10-minute park it took me about a minute or so to find my credit card by the time it was all processed I was already down to 8 minutes. This is happening more than one occasion. I think the clock should start as soon as the payment is processed with the full-time we requested. It appears to start the moment you start the process of trying to get parking on the app 😥

Cant change plate - Got a parking ticket!!! Just like James Parish's review on 5/12. I had a new car so I entered my plate number and started a parking session. I had entered it with one digit wrong so corrected it and saved. It did not change even though it was saved. THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE! You would think a large commercial app could get this test case right!

Normally, I don't have any issues with this app as ive had this app for 3+ years. However, today was an indication that something was wrong with the app. Upon leaving & coming back from lunch, go to the app, put in another space number & it gave me an error message saying "you are paid for parking", i was confused when normally it doesnt give me no issues. So after uninstall, putting another email & gave me same error. I had to go to the machine to pay which felt so odd. Please fix this issue.

I've had the app for a while now, something like 6-9 months, and I haven't had an issue until today. I tried to park at my university, and the app told me my payment isn't accepted. So I deleted my card and tried to add it back, and I keep getting "Bad Request." I payed for parking at the meter on the other end of the lot with the card that wasn't being accepted in the app and had no issue on that end. *updated* Thanks very much for the response and help in a timely manner!
