Like the look and feel of my new S7889/91. Connected to my Bluetooth just fine. Comfortable first shaves. My only negative with the app is that it wants me to clean (after washing) with the wet Pod. My model S7889/91 comes with the very nice UV Cube, so the wet Pod cleaning instructions of the app are meaningless after shaving. App needs updating for this new cleaning technology. According to the UV Pod instructions, I'm to wait 12 hours for the head to dry, then place it in the UV cube.

Not sure if it's my phone, but it took me a long time to connect/sync my device to my phone. Tried every which way and finally connected. Which was odd, because "way back when" l first got this as a gift from my daughter and son-in-law, the app downloaded right away. When I deleted and now tried to re-install, it took forever and like l said, had to find links and troubleshoot ways to download....Frankly, it was pissing me off, until it finally connected!!

Can't even get razor set up.... Needs major work First day using a $200 razor and this gimmicky app finds the razor but won't register the warranty. It can find the razor to connect to the app for shaving info, but then it suddenly can't find it when I want to register for warranty??? Lame. I do not recommend this brand or app until they can make this process simpler. And I'm VERY tech savvy. Uninstalled app, unpaired Bluetooth twice. Still nothing. May try one more time then return for refund.

Shaver is great... the app is buggy! For those having issues connecting, get to the point in the app where it asks for you to connect the razor, but don't hit next yet, then hit the power on the razor and HOLD it down, just like you would to "Lock" the razor, once it locks KEEP HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN, in the display on the razor you will see the symbol that means its communicating with app, keep holding the button down and then hit next in the app and then any other "Allow" buttons!

1. The app worked flawlessly for about 3-4 months. It gives you tips, tells you how to clean, etc. However, it stopped working. It no longer connects to my shaver. When trying to connect, the circle just sits there spinning. Yes I've tried there troubleshooting steps. Even did the uninstall to reinstall but still no luck. 2. The shaver gives a nice cute. However it takes to long in my opinion. And that's mostly due to the small circlular motion that is recommended by the app. Edited
