I got their One Blade shaver by mail. No manual or documentation. QR code on the inside of the box, offering you to "discover.. it's benefits.. styling tips" Sounds nice. Go to the app. "Log in, or sign up" I bought a shaver, not a membership. I think it's a good idea on it's own, it's not the biggest deal, it's just bad form, leading to this app and not just up front giving operating info, with no friction. It could at least direct me to web for manual. Poorly thought out consumer experience.

I am very much disappointed after purchasing the product as I came to know that I need to replace with a new blade every 4months and there is no more information is provided that where do I ll get a new blade and what would be it's cost.It seems to delicate don't know for long it will work.I thought the blade would withstand wear and tear for years but here I have to replace it after 4months so I get disappointed.

Great product and I use it every day to shave before going to work it is a great product to take with you too when going on holiday and you can use the product anywhere as it uses USB to charge l.

Disappointed with the blade wear tracking. The application provides irrelevant data about wear. Cannot handle 2 or more slides with real information. I think it would be useful to be able to choose from the application which blade you use and to display the total time of use of the blade. For example, although the blade shows signs of wear and it is obvious that it no longer cuts, in the application it appears that it is in good condition. Thank you!
