This app does "Account Logged Out" more often than my company teams re-authentication happens. It's a toothbrush app that does not need to be that secure. They need to figure out a way to keep the authentication tokens active. Why does it need to log you out, enable the biometrics if it needs to be that secure but making me re-login every week or so is dumb.

Great app to challenge you to be perfect. The biggest tip to get accurate results with the app is to hold your head straight forward when brushing or the toothbrush orientation sensor will not accurately show where you're brushing. Leaning over the sink with your head down confuses the orientation of the toothbrush for guided brushing.

it doesn't connect to my Sonicare 9000. It can't find my powered up toothbrush even if I follow all the guidance and instructions. Therefore, the app is completely worthless. let's be real, it's a toothbrush app. If you want me to give even the slightest care, it better be bulletproof and work as close to flawlessly as possible.

This app doesn't work at all. There's no smart features associated with the toothbrush as it is incapable of connecting to bluetooth. There is no bluetooth in the brush at all - it is false advertisement. The toothbrush works great, but the app seems to be nothing more than a dishonest marketing gimmick. Edited

Trying to use this the past couple months, i find the app lacking in key areas. it requires "setup" every brush session. i know that's the tech but still. it also requires the app & brush to be on to sync usage if you opt to not use the app. it doesn't just sync in the background. the worst is the brush timing for deep clean+ is 40 sec per section but it's incorrectly 30 sec when the app is running. the calibration is still messed up & no way to recalibrate. it doesn't register position in two Edited
