I booked return transfers with hoppa in gran canaria, from the airport to the hotel was great but then came the return journey. Sat waiting outside my hotel for my transfer which never arrived, called them to get told the driver came and we wasn't there, even though it was a one way road and nothing showed up at all as we sat there waiting. I was told I should just get a taxi! Company is a joke I've had no contact since my complaint. No refunds nothing
