You are on your own to find an available parking space and even to keep track of where you are on the map shown. Not only that but the app shows you parking zones that by the hour parkers are not even allowed to park in. It even takes your money if you mistakenly pay to park in such a lot before realizing you can't. Once you have made this mistake you are out the money and the app's support staff will let you know that. When I persisted in seeking help, they sent me useless contact information.

Very easy to set up and use. Sometimes the satellite doesn't seem to connect in some parking zones (I guess because of the tall buildings). But you can still email them to report the problem. You can also set up the parking session away from your car, too, in another place with better reception - just remember your zone number so that you can enter it correctly. Edited

Overall very good, but I got a ticket for the following : Pulled into a space outside my building after hours coming home from work, like 5:30pm. Paid for the additional 30 minutes required. Sometime thereafter, a restricted sleeve was put over the meter for the next day. In the morning, I was able to pay for parking on the app in the now restricted area from my apartment and got a ticket. Judge sympathized but wouldn't drop the fine. I "should have gone downstairs and checked". I disagree.. Edited

Don't bother! Horrible app for Android! If you're looking to reserve parking in the future, if you zoom out on the map to show choices, the date reverts to the current date and time. I don't want to reserve a parking space while I'm driving down the road, but that's apparently the only way this app works. Wonky!

DO NOT USE THIS APP! I used the app for 2 hour parking zone. I recieved a ticket 1 hour in. The meter maid said time had expired. I checked the app, sent my evidence into the court showing that I paid and that I still had time left. The hearing officer told me that the meter maid was correct and the ticket could not be contested. Fort Worth Parking App is a waste. Now I have the option to pay $35 to appeal a fine, or a $25 fine. Stay away!
