clunky and buggy, but they made me use it for discounts. update: Web is much more pleasant to use, the app goes to quite a few 404's, return to home after 404 doesn't navigate to home, just works as "back", the styles seem to mess up with some of the language specific letters (pretty much the first thing you see). Loads of categories listed, but found at least one with just straight up disabled link, lots of dead categories with no products and some just lead to blank screen. Edited

After using this company several times for protein, I am done with them. they started using UniUni as a shipper and it's been 4 days since the last tracking update. Their customer service page leads to a 404 error and both app store links go to the Apple Store. Wanting to talk to a real human but they're making it impossible. They also made the serving size larger with the same amount of protein, making you burn through it more quickly. never again. moving on. Edited

I initially stacked discounts during the holidays, scoring an amazing deal. However, my experience quickly turned sour. My order was canceled near delivery, prompting a reimbursement without my consent. When I inquired about the canceled protein, they offered a $10 credit instead of reinstating the original deal. After a month of nonsensical back-and-forth, I gave up on resolving the issue. Frustrating and disappointing service.

Awful customer service and lack of fulfilment on orders. The app won't even let you cancel an order and when you file a request to contact they don't read it, they just send an automated response with no reply option available. Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere. They also make it look like they're a offering great deals by constantly pushing sales, but if you look closer the prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else and the product itself mediocre

Bait and switch. They say on the website you get an extra 10% off if you use the app. You use the app and they won't give you the 10% unless you also give them your phone number and allow them to text message you whenever they want. Not cool. They are also always playing games with weird percentages off so you never know just what the honest prices. Edited
