This app was a great idea when it was first introduced, but the update support has been abysmal. Too many text messages that are sent to me never come through, too many phone calls coming in don't show up. This needs a complete and total overhaul, a Version 2.0. But I often wonder if T-Mobile even still remembers that they have this app! 😒

When someone calls there is a great chance it won't log on the caller ID, so you won't know who called if you missed it... Also, if a photo is sent it won't download. These errors defeat the purpose of paying for a second line... This app sucks and I'm sure T-Mobile is aware but won't fix it.. I just had to uninstall to reinstall it because it was constantly glitching and I couldn't log in.

The text messages are received by the client broken up and shuffled out of order, sometimes the app won't ring, but we have voicemail that appear days later, then sometimes the app gets stuck ringing so you need to restart the phone. I called T-Mobile several times about all of these things, and all that I'm told is that I'm running at optimal and they assure me the issues won't continue because everything is optimal. It's a joke at this point!! If I could give a negative star, I would.

Looking for a way to port my number out of the digits system. If I called this app hot garbage, that would be too kind. consistently crashes, Bluetooth fails, it will break messages into small messages and send them out of order totally confusing anyone. You try to text message. half the time you have full signal and you can make a regular phone call. But you can't make one on digits. Oh, and don't expect anyone at T-Mobile to know anything about it or how to fix it.

The app has definitely been improving with each new update, which seems to be happening more frequently. It's even better now that Hangouts is being discontinued for consumers; it's my go-to solution for chatting or messaging in the PC. Only frustration: Calls made through the sites have poor quality. Also, the app often doesn't sync the phone with the PC. I can clear out my messages on the PC, but they all still show up on the phone. It's annoying.
