I set up an account online and then upon logging in to the app on my phone I kept getting an error stating my credentials are incorrect when I know they are not as i just set up the account! You advertise in the mailing I received, to utilize this app for ease of use when it comes to using my FSA however there are clearly bugs to be worked out in the app.

This app makes me want to jump into traffic. You cannot upload anything other than photos (like PDFs) but you also can't navigate to other photos outside of "camera roll" whatever that is. So you have that statement pdf you downloaded? Well too bad. Took a screenshot of said PDF? Also too bad. You can only take a picture of a actual paper. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to save provider details. So you have the fun task of filling in your daycare's deets every time you make a claim.

Cannot use saved password. It just refreshes on the loading screen. Trying to copy and paste from a password manager does not work because toggling between apps causes the other fields to erase. I therefore cannot rate anything else about the app.

I would stick to using a computer and an internet browser for administrative purposes reguarding your account. The app is one of those, "We have an app!" curb appeal ideas. It doesn't work most of the time and is in need of serious maintenance/updates.

It's almost as if this app is designed to give you healthcare issues. This is bad. Like real bad. I can't even log into the site through this without manually doing so. Won't accept saved PWs. Thanks UMR. And I thought the insurance app was bad, this takes the cake. Edited
